A SHORT HISTORY
The overall development is known as Harbour Reach and was constructed on the site of an old Tileworks, turning derelict industrial land into prime residential property on one of the last remaining beachfront locations of Poole Harbour.

Poole Bridge and Old Town
Harbour Reach forms part of the long term regeneration plans for the Western side of Poole and we now have a footbridge leading directly to the beach in front of our properties as part of a pedestrian-friendly policy for the area.

Our properties saw the first resident arrive in 2007, marketed by Bryant Homes and constructed by Taylor Wimpey.
Harbour Reach Phase 2 consists of four buildings of eighty-nine homes, and eleven leasehold town houses. The apartments are a mix of two and three bedroom, all with balconies or terraces and some in duplex or penthouse style. Every apartment has allocated parking on the ground floor with additional spaces for guests. The car park has a fob-operated electric gate and CCTV for additional security.
